Who I Am

I’m a qualified Product Designer and a passionate learner in everything I do. I bring enthusiasm and curiosity when collaborating with others, enjoying the process of simplifying complexity into effective, user-centred experiences.

I developed discipline, precision and resilience thanks to my background as a concert pianist. My 10+ years of experience as a piano teacher strengthened my communication and empathy, as I adapted to each student’s needs and learning styles.

Guiding students through challenges honed my problem-solving skills learning to see problems from multiple perspectives - a mindset that I apply into designing for diverse users.

Running my own teaching business taught me to listen closely to my clients’, balance their needs with my own, while finding creative ways to promote my work. As a result, I sharpened my project management and negotiating skills, growing my client base to 20+ students with a waiting list, and gained an eye for branding.

Today, I combine all these people-focused experiences with my expertise in UX/UI design to create digital solutions that are functional, meaningful and enjoyable to people.
Like playing in an ensemble, I thrive in collaboration - tuning in with others to create a greater solution together to people's problems.
